Sydney update
We've just uploaded a few fotos to our photo website (flickr) so thought we'd link to a few from our blog to show what we've been up to in Sydney.

We arrived on Saturday morning, and were greeted by mum & dad... and a beautiful rainbow! It was a really cool welcome home greeting, and made us feel we were in the right place.

Arriving On Sunday we hung out with Helen's sister Ruth. She's working at Abbotsleigh school at the moment, while finishing her Uni studies.

Ruth & Helen Monday we went for a jog around Gordon (we were staying with good friends, the Heasmans) and discovered a beautiful walk along Blackbutt Creek - what a great name! Saw Kookaburras, Cockatoos, and more... There are some really stunning places in Sydney, even right in the middle of the urban areas.

In the afternoon, Helen the Bride and Helen the Bridesmaid had a hair trial. They passed with flying colours but no photos allowed until after the wedding for John's sake!

Tuesday was the Australian Census, so as we were staying with Mark & Heather, we were included on their form. It's been great to hang out with them and Emily and to meet Daniel. Mark & Heather Baby Daniel Emily We also met up with Helen's cousin Carl and his wife and lunch, and were treated to a delicious italian meal complete with Tiramisu and Latte art. Cousins Latte art Tiramsu Now we're off to pick our neice Emily up from kindergarten to play with her as today is her 3rd birthday - not that we need an excuse!

Awesome to see some pics of you with the fam and to hear that you're having a lovely time! Yay! I didn't realise Ruth was working at Abbotsleigh! How funny.
    I miss you both! :)
Hope the wedding goes well. Am sure it will! Give my love to Helen the Bride.
