Time.com - Only in Hong Kong |
Whether you live in Hong Kong, or elsewhere, you've probably heard a few facts about this city's uniqueness. Today I came across a page that will teach even the most seasoned Hong Kong dweller a few things about 'Asia's World City':
Time.com's Hong Kong Report
We'll certainly be checking this page next time we have visitors, although we won't recommend everything they do! It was written a few years ago, around the time of the handover (it mentions that Chris Patten is soon leaving!). But in spite of Hong Kong's speedy development, many of the places it mentions are still here.
We visited 2 places this week that aren't mentioned on this list: The Robot Kitchen and the a Refugee Camp in the city. We'll try and find time to post some pics soon, so watch this space. |
