Cable car incident investigated |
Just read a rather worrying story in tonight's news. We were on this cable car with family twice in the last 5 months. Luckily no one was hurt in this incident.
Cable car incident investigated
Hong Kong's Ngong Ping 360 cable car system has been closed after a gondola fell onto a slope. There were no injuries.
The gondola fell as it neared one of its angle stations near Chek Lap Kok South Road about 8.20pm.
Skyrail-ITM Managing Director Bill Calderwood said there were no people inside the gondola when the accident occurred. "Investigators will look at all possibilities and check all aspects of the system."Labels: Hong Kong |
